Human Rights Policy

"Our company is committed to protecting and respecting human rights in all of its operations and throughout its supply chain. We recognize that our actions and decisions can have an impact on the rights of individuals and communities, and we are committed to ensuring that our operations do not contribute to human rights violations. This policy is reflected in MNS 6926:2021 Sustainable textile production standard. 

 

To achieve this goal, we will:

  • Comply with all relevant national and international laws and regulations regarding human rights.
  • Respect the rights of all workers in our operations and throughout our supply chain, including the rights to freedom of association, and a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Avoid using child labor and forced labor in any form, and take steps to identify and eliminate such practices in our supply chain.
  • Establish and maintain an effective grievance mechanism for workers and other stakeholders to raise and resolve concerns related to human rights.
  • Regularly assess our operations and supply chain to identify and address any potential human rights risks or impacts.
  • Provide training and education to all employees and business partners on our human rights policy and expected standards of conduct.

Fair Labour Policy

"Our company is committed to providing fair and responsible labor practices throughout our operations. We recognize that our success depends on the well-being of our workers and we are committed to ensuring that they are treated with respect and dignity.  This policy is reflected in MNS 6926:2021 Sustainable textile production standard. 


To achieve this goal, we will:

  • Comply with all relevant national and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Pay fair and competitive wages to our workers, and provide benefits such as health insurance and paid leave.
  • Provide a safe and healthy working environment, and take steps to prevent workplace hazards and accidents.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to our workers to enhance their skills and help them advance their careers.
  • Regularly assess our labor practices to identify and address any potential issues or concerns.


We are committed to continuous improvement in our efforts to provide fair and responsible labor practices, and we will regularly review and update our policies and practices to ensure that we are meeting our responsibilities.


In addition to this, we also encourage our suppliers to adopt and comply with the same or similar standards, by implementing a code of conduct to be followed by all the suppliers and regularly monitoring their compliance.
